The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Turan Adaş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Recai Şatıroğlu. Harbiye JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Turan Adaş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 6th match minute, Harbiye JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kılıçalp Pirane to maneuver through the defense. Turan Adaş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Aktan Talu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Serhat Ataoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute, Serhat Ataoğlu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aras Görkem Tüney. The goal made the score 1-1. Recai Şatıroğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turan Adaş in the 20th minute of the match. Alpay Özdek kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. When Adakli's Turan Adaş in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Harbiye JK's goalie prevented a goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aytunç Önder during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 33 played minutes Harbiye JK got a freekick which was hit by Aytunç Önder. Deniz Kazanhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aras Görkem Tüney having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Deniz Kazanhan made a precise shot to the right of Aras Görkem Tüney. Adakli's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serhat Ataoğlu to make the kick off. Aktan Talu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Recai Şatıroğlu made a huge save. When Turan Adaş came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Adakli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Turan Adaş couldn't finish the play. Deniz Kazanhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Aras Görkem Tüney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harbiye JK's Deniz Kazanhan got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Deniz Kazanhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Adakli eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
