Yunak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kılıçalp Zeval was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cenap Akata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If İslam Taçyıldız had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Taci Umurbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Yusuf Ziya Hakan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yunak's Musa Ruhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taci Umurbay in the 29th minute of play. Kılıçalp Zeval could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Tevfik Pozan made a huge save. With a little luck, Yenimahalle FK's Tevfik Pozan got control of the ball when Kılıçalp Zeval tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aziz Tura charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aziz Tura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th minute, Aziz Tura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kılıçalp Zeval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Tevfik Pozan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kılıçalp Zeval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tevfik Pozan having to interfere. Yunak's Cenap Akata got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taci Umurbay in the 42nd minute of play forced Yunak's goalkeeper Musa Ruhi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Hakan Balkan charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Hakan Balkan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Taci Umurbay to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 60th match minute, Yenimahalle FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İslam Taçyıldız to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Taci Umurbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when İslam Taçyıldız got free with Musa Ruhi in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vecdi Özerhan hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Tevfik Pozan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kılıçalp Zeval, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. When Cenap Akata came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Yunak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cenap Akata couldn't finish the play. İslam Taçyıldız struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Musa Ruhi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yenimahalle FK. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Musa Ruhi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 90 minutes into the game, Yenimahalle FK's Taci Umurbay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Musa Ruhi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kılıçalp Zeval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tevfik Pozan having to interfere. The Yunak supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Yenimahalle FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Yenimahalle FK.
