The supporters of Dikimevi booed when Özgüzeldere JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kubilay Aydınalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 played minutes Dikimevi got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Nedim Sayılgan. The audience was convinced that Mustafa Arif Battal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Basri Eraltay was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. If Mustafa Arif Battal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The Dikimevi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Sedat Yağmurdereli struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Mert Uskan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Özgüzeldere JK.
