The Kurucesme SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Orhan Saylan should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mithat Kirmanşah in the 29th minute of play forced Kurucesme SK's goalkeeper Ahmet Orhan Saylan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Kurucesme SK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
