The audience thought a goal was coming when Onur Ali Özkent got free with Erkut Yanık in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Baspinar JK getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Rahmi Sekib hit a great ball. Turgay Saygur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erkut Yanık showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgay Saygur, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Kuddusî Uğurcan charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kuddusî Uğurcan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Semdinli SK booed when Baspinar JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kuddusî Uğurcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Onur Ali Özkent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Erkut Yanık managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Semdinli SK's Onur Ali Özkent fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bora Yersel kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Atilla Bumin Devan hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Erkut Yanık showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turgay Saygur in the 20th minute of the match. Affan Evirgen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Atilla Bumin Elçin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Onur Ali Özkent ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erkut Yanık was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Onur Ali Özkent didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Semdinli SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ertuğrul Baransel came free, but Atilla Bumin Elçin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The long shot by Bora Yersel in the 37th minute really tested Erkut Yanık's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 41st minute, Kamber Baykal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 42 minutes, Affan Evirgen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baspinar JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Affan Evirgen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 43 minutes into the game, Alemdar Öksüzoğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Semdinli SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baspinar JK the free kick. In the 43rd minute, Alemdar Öksüzoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alemdar Öksüzoğlu was shown his second yellow card after 44 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 45th match minute, Semdinli SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alemdar Öksüzoğlu to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Affan Evirgen was the one to do the kick off. Ertuğrul Baransel came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Atilla Bumin Elçin could save by the left post. In the 66th minute, Semdinli SK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ertuğrul Baransel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Atilla Bumin Elçin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuddusî Uğurcan in the 70th minute of play. If Ertuğrul Baransel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Öztürk Göktürk charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Öztürk Göktürk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Semdinli SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Baspinar JK:s goal. Atilla Bumin Elçin went to the wrong direction when Mümtazer Tekecan was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The supporters of Semdinli SK booed when Baspinar JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rahmi Sekib didn't get a good kick on the ball. Öztürk Göktürk took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erkut Yanık. Baspinar JK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Baspinar JK defense, Onur Ali Özkent kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erkut Yanık. The Baspinar JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erkut Yanık should have stopped the shot. Onur Ali Özkent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Erkut Yanık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Semdinli SK had won after a very even match.
