Giray Özkok charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Giray Özkok the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Keciborlu SK's Giray Özkok got a free kick in the 4th minute. If Recep Camcıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Keciborlu SK's Samir Veysi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erberk Kamuran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Genc getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ahmet Kutsi Tüney hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Samir Veysi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erberk Kamuran. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Keciborlu SK's zone, Recep Camcıoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Balamir Uruç came out of the goal and Recep Camcıoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Recep Camcıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes Genc got a freekick which was hit by Rüştü Lebib. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Doğa Daman hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Balamir Uruç made an important save on a dangerous shot by Recep Camcıoğlu in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Genc's Haşmet Hünkar got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Güneri Aktaşoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Genc getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Doğa Daman hit a great ball. Recep Camcıoğlus short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Balamir Uruç to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Genc's Haşmet Hünkar in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Keciborlu SK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 80thth minute of the game Samir Veysi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Genc's Erberk Kamuran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Güneri Aktaşoğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erberk Kamuran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Genc's Erberk Kamuran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giray Özkok in the 97th minute of play.
