Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aykan Sertuğ took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ahmet Hasan Tardu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karhan İnanç in the 3rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sungurlu's zone, Songur Tanbolat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saruhan Akçakan came out of the goal and Songur Tanbolat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Rauf Hiçsönmez came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Abana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rauf Hiçsönmez couldn't finish the play. Batu Cem Yeltekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Saruhan Akçakan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Songur Tanbolat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Batu Cem Yeltekin came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Abana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Batu Cem Yeltekin couldn't finish the play. Batu Cem Yeltekin was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. Abana's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 24th minute Aykan Sertuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Hasan Tardu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26th play minutes Karhan İnanç shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Ahmet Hasan Tardu and just under the crossbar into goal. Songur Tanbolat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saruhan Akçakan having to interfere. Ahmet Hasan Tardu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aykan Sertuğ, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After having played for 44 minutes, Karhan İnanç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sungurlu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karhan İnanç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aykan Sertuğ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Abana players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sungurlu were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Songur Tanbolat to strike the kick off in the second half. Sungurlu's Saruhan Akçakan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batu Cem Yeltekin in the 52nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Songur Tanbolat put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Saruhan Akçakan. Saruhan Akçakan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batu Cem Yeltekin in the 57th minute of play. Saruhan Akçakan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Songur Tanbolat's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Sungurlu's Karhan İnanç got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saruhan Akçakan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batu Cem Yeltekin in the 70th minute of play. If Songur Tanbolat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Sungurlu's goal looked a bit too open when Songur Tanbolat came free, but Saruhan Akçakan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rauf Hiçsönmez's late challenge caught a Sungurlu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rauf Hiçsönmez helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sungurlu booed when Abana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rauf Hiçsönmez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sungurlu's Aykan Sertuğ got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Abana's goal looked a bit too open when Aykan Sertuğ came free, but Ahmet Hasan Tardu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
