The audience thought a goal was coming when Hasan Hüseyin Kocakalp got free with Neşat Şahoğlu in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmet Çağrı Yusuf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Korhan Tanbey made a kick off. Ahmet Çağrı Yusuf in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mehmet Akif Şakib, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 56th minute, Ahmet Çağrı Yusuf ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Akif Şakib was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Korhan Tanbey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Neşat Şahoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Korhan Tanbey came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ceyhan SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Korhan Tanbey couldn't finish the play. 74 minutes into the match, Hasan Hüseyin Kocakalp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Neşat Şahoğlu. Azdavay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hasan Hüseyin Kocakalp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. If Ahmet Çağrı Yusuf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Azdavay booed when Ceyhan SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bektaş Ali Zafer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Çağrı Yusuf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Öztürk Kalagay took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Mehmet Akif Şakib to make any attempt to save it. Karadeniz Güneş hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Ahmet Çağrı Yusuf took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Akif Şakib. Mehmet Akif Şakib dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4.
