Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bahadır Hunalp took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hayrullah Tunçkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şakir Tanören scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serbülent Ünlüer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Serbülent Ünlüer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şakir Tanören in the 11th minute of play. Izmir FK's Serbülent Ünlüer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şakir Tanören in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Hayrullah Tunçkan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Izmir FK's Serbülent Ünlüer. Serbülent Ünlüer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Yesilova JK getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Seyit Kapar hit a great ball. Serbülent Ünlüer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şakir Tanören, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hayrullah Tunçkan came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Yesilova JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hayrullah Tunçkan couldn't finish the play. Seyfi Usal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but İlbey Satvet made a huge save. In the 47th minute, Bahadır Hunalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Şakir Tanören was the one to do the kick off. Hayrullah Tunçkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Serbülent Ünlüer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hayrullah Tunçkan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Serbülent Ünlüer made a huge save. Seyit Kapar kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Izmir FK's Hüseyin Özengin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 59 minutes into the match, Yesilova JK's goal looked a bit too open when Seyfi Usal came free, but İlbey Satvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Şakir Tanören recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Serbülent Ünlüer. Şakir Tanören showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. İlbey Satvet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bahadır Hunalp went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Izmir FK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Şakir Tanören 70 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Şakir Tanören was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. Yesilova JK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Izmir FK's Serbülent Ünlüer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şakir Tanören in the 80th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Seyfi Usal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Izmir FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Seyfi Usal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. İlbey Satvet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seyfi Usal in the 90th minute of play forced Yesilova JK's goalkeeper İlbey Satvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Seyfi Usal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yesilova JK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
