Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Reşit Recep got the match started through his kick off. Mecnun Tatu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bilgehan Özercan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reşit Recep's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Vahap Sarıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Bilgehan Özercan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mecnun Tatu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abdulhamit Özbilir charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdulhamit Özbilir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 13 played minutes Foca got a freekick which was hit by Abdulhamit Özbilir. Bilgehan Özercan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reşit Recep in the 19th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Boran Bakırcıoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reşit Recep in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bilgehan Özercan saved Foca from getting behind. 29 minutes into the game, Istanbulspor SK's Vahap Sarıoğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bilgehan Özercan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Vahap Sarıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Bilgehan Özercan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 41 minutes in the game, Abdulhamit Özbilir fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mümtazer Satıbey having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Istanbulspor SK's goalkeeper Mümtazer Satıbey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mecnun Tatu. Mümtazer Satıbey didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 45th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Reşit Recep in the 58th minute of play forced Foca's goalkeeper Bilgehan Özercan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Istanbulspor SK's zone, Ediz Eriş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mümtazer Satıbey came out of the goal and Ediz Eriş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mecnun Kutlu charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mecnun Kutlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, Mecnun Kutlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Foca's Ahmet Hamdi Akbatu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mümtazer Satıbey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mecnun Tatu in the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Abdulhamit Özbilir notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Istanbulspor SK's Mümtazer Satıbey. Mümtazer Satıbey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Reşit Recep kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Istanbulspor SK's Mümtazer Satıbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mecnun Tatu in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Mecnun Tatu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Foca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mecnun Tatu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 80 minutes, Alper Özkutsal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Istanbulspor SK and the Foca players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
