In the 10th match minute, Erfelek JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erdi Cezlan to maneuver through the defense. Asım Ethem's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Rıdvan Çetinel on his right side and into the goal. 11 minutes into the game it was 1-1. A collision led to Erfelek JK getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Aybars Selçuk hit a great ball. After 15 minutes, Tolga Kurceren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atabey and the Erfelek JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tolga Kurceren kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Özbek Payidar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faik Semavi in the 19th minute of the match. Behlül Miran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıdvan Çetinel having to interfere. Rıdvan Çetinel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuncay Uluçkan in the 24th minute of the match. Özbek Payidar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faik Semavi, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Behlül Miran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıdvan Çetinel having to interfere. Özbek Payidar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faik Semavi in the 34th minute of play. Bedirhan Yetişen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Özbek Payidar made a huge save. Özbek Payidar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faik Semavi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Faik Semavi took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Özbek Payidar to make any attempt to save it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tuncay Uluçkan was the one to do the kick off. Rıdvan Çetinel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Behlül Miran in the 53rd minute. If Bedirhan Yetişen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tolga Kurceren got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Bedirhan Yetişen scored 4-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Özbek Payidar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bedirhan Yetişen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özbek Payidar having to interfere. Tuncay Uluçkan took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rıdvan Çetinel. Rıdvan Çetinel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Bedirhan Yetişen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Erfelek JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Bedirhan Yetişen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Özbek Payidar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Bedirhan Yetişen came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Erfelek JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bedirhan Yetişen couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the game, Tuncay Uluçkan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atabey's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Erfelek JK the free kick. After 83 played minutes Atabey got a freekick which was hit by Tuncay Uluçkan. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Faik Semavi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Erfelek JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Faik Semavi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Özbek Payidar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aybars Selçuk kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After having played for 92 minutes, Faik Semavi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Erfelek JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faik Semavi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Erfelek JK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Atabey had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
