İskender Baki Uludağ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Arif Zikri having to interfere. If İskender Baki Uludağ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hızır Oker who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Ahmet Arif Zikri when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ahmet Arif Zikri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İskender Baki Uludağ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Denizlispor FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Arif Zikri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hızır Oker. After 16 played minutes Denizlispor FK got a freekick which was hit by Erdinç Gaza. 18 minutes into the match, Darende FK's Hızır Oker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Arif Zikri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Denizlispor FK's Ahmet Arif Zikri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İskender Baki Uludağ in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Denizlispor FK's Korkutalp Mahçup sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dilmen Tapgaç narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alican Onurhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Dilmen Tapgaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Denizlispor FK booed when Darende FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aykan Elçin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Darende FK defense, Korkutalp Mahçup kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dilmen Tapgaç. The Darende FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dilmen Tapgaç should have stopped the shot. After 34 minutes of play, Denizlispor FK's Korkutalp Mahçup made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dilmen Tapgaç was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by İskender Baki Uludağ in the 40th minute of play forced Denizlispor FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Arif Zikri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Darende FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Denizlispor FK were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. İskender Baki Uludağ was the one to do the kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Denizlispor FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Darende FK:s goal. In the 56th minute there was a penalty for Darende FK. Can Lebib stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ahmet Arif Zikri. 1-2. After 61 minutes of play, Denizlispor FK's Alican Onurhan made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dilmen Tapgaç was left in no man's land by his defense there! Korkutalp Mahçup recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 66 played minutes Denizlispor FK got a freekick which was hit by Erdinç Gaza. Can Lebib took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ahmet Arif Zikri. Denizlispor FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 69th minute of the match Gürcan Usta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dilmen Tapgaç showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Erdem Saik charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erdem Saik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 71 played minutes Darende FK got a freekick which was hit by Erdem Saik. Denizlispor FK's Gürcan Usta shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 72nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dilmen Tapgaç but with some difficulty. Ahmet Arif Zikri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İskender Baki Uludağ, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Darende FK's İskender Baki Uludağ got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Hızır Oker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İskender Baki Uludağ might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet Arif Zikri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. İskender Baki Uludağ ran back to his position shaking his head. When Darende FK's Hızır Oker in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denizlispor FK's goalie prevented a goal. Ahmet Arif Zikri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İskender Baki Uludağ in the 91st minute of the match. Dilmen Tapgaç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korkutalp Mahçup, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute, Hızır Oker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Darende FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The Darende FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Denizlispor FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Denizlispor FK.
