The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emin Oruk struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Salih Esir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gülyali FK. When Bahri Sendur came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Gülyali FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bahri Sendur couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Gülyali FK booed when Kibriscik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Emre Tümerkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gülyali FK's Alaaddin Ilıcak couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kibriscik. Tarık Keremşah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 28 minutes into the match, Kibriscik's goal looked a bit too open when Emin Oruk came free, but Salih Esir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tarık Keremşah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kibriscik getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Mustafa Emre Tümerkan hit a great ball. After 44 played minutes Kibriscik got a freekick which was hit by Fevzi Tunçbay. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tarık Keremşah made a kick off. Gülyali FK's Mehmet Oğuz Başkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüseyin Can Özgenay in the 53rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hüseyin Can Özgenay in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Oğuz Başkurt saved Gülyali FK from getting behind. Gülyali FK's Mehmet Oğuz Başkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüseyin Can Özgenay in the 56th minute of play. Mehmet Oğuz Başkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tarık Keremşah, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Mehmet Oğuz Başkurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarık Keremşah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Gülyali FK booed when Kibriscik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Emre Tümerkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salih Esir was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emin Oruk showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 65 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Kibriscik's zone, Emin Oruk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salih Esir came out of the goal and Emin Oruk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salih Esir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bahri Sendur in the 96th minute of play. The Gülyali FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gülyali FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
