The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kubilay Yazıcı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. In the 7th minute, Sami Sağanalp sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Nizip FK's Faruk Nafiz Temizcan didn't even have to move. In the 13th minute, Uğurcan Abdulhakimoğlu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aral Saygın. The goal made the score 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Kubilay Yazıcı notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Nizip FK's Faruk Nafiz Temizcan. Faruk Nafiz Temizcan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 24th minute Ahmet İlhan Sarim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faruk Nafiz Temizcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Coşkun Salat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aral Saygın read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. When Erdemli SK's Kubilay Yazıcı in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Uğurcan Abdulhakimoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Cemalettin Uğursay fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nizip FK's protests and gave Cemalettin Uğursay a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Cemalettin Uğursay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erdemli SK's Kubilay Yazıcı got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kubilay Yazıcı couldn't finish the play. Ahmet İlhan Sarim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faruk Nafiz Temizcan having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Ahmet İlhan Sarim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kubilay Yazıcı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Faruk Nafiz Temizcan made a huge save. 76 minutes into the match, Erdemli SK's Kubilay Yazıcı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Faruk Nafiz Temizcan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Faruk Nafiz Temizcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet İlhan Sarim in the 77th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Coşkun Salat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Aral Saygın was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uğur Gelenbe during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nizip FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
