Duman Altıncığlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Cüneyd Tunçkol made a huge save. After 14 minutes, Kılıçalp Şömel made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gündogmus FK's Zeynel Subutay tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Kılıçalp Şömel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Hafiz Verim was the one to do the kick off. Gündogmus FK's Zeynel Subutay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Gündogmus FK from getting a goal against them. Baycan Ulunay charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baycan Ulunay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes Honaz FK got a freekick which was hit by Baycan Ulunay. Ahmet Hafiz Verim scored 1-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cüneyd Tunçkol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 67 minutes of play, Honaz FK's Kılıçalp Şömel made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeynel Subutay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kılıçalp Şömel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duman Altıncığlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cüneyd Tunçkol having to interfere. In the 84thth minute of the game Boğaçhan Tümkut who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gündogmus FK's Zeynel Subutay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Kılıçalp Şömel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 95 minutes, Ahmet Hafiz Verim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gündogmus FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Hafiz Verim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Honaz FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Honaz FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
