Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Berk Bağcı took the kick off in the first half of the match. Devlet Yolaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Hidayet Kadrettin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Emre Korcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mustafa Emre Korcan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Gafur Tümenbay made a huge save. The supporters of Ihsaniye booed when Soma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. İzzettin Özaltan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Tarık Serir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gafur Tümenbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berk Bağcı in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Soma's goal looked a bit too open when Berk Bağcı came free, but Gafur Tümenbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Ihsaniye's goal looked a bit too open when Rüstem Taygar came free, but Hidayet Kadrettin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mustafa Emre Korcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gafur Tümenbay having to interfere. Mustafa Emre Korcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Rüstem Taygar made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Berk Bağcı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gafur Tümenbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bilge Yücesan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. With a little luck, Ihsaniye's Hidayet Kadrettin got control of the ball when Devlet Yolaç tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ihsaniye's Hidayet Kadrettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rüstem Taygar in the 66th minute of play. Rüstem Taygar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Soma defense, Sufi Temizer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gafur Tümenbay. The Soma fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gafur Tümenbay should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rüstem Taygar during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ihsaniye booed when Soma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rüstem Taygar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Berk Bağcı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gafur Tümenbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ihsaniye's zone, Rüstem Taygar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hidayet Kadrettin came out of the goal and Rüstem Taygar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rüstem Taygar in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hidayet Kadrettin saved Ihsaniye from getting behind. Rüstem Taygar might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hidayet Kadrettin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rüstem Taygar ran back to his position shaking his head. If Rüstem Taygar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ihsaniye's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
