Şakir Yıldıray hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Akyaka FK's zone, Şakir Yıldıray stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aygün Özdamar came out of the goal and Şakir Yıldıray tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 23 played minutes Çağan Özdil could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-0 into the left cross. Ecevit Lütufkâr hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Birol Aras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Akyaka FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Birol Aras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nihat Karataş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
