Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ahmet Gökalp Şanver started the match with the kick off. Işık Selmi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duman Nedret having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Karahalli's Ahmet Ozan Ahsen got a free kick in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the game, one of Karahalli:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 8th minute, Talha Bayman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cerkes JK's Şimşek Yürükoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Gökalp Şanver in the 11th minute of play. Gencay Kılıçalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Gökalp Şanver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Şimşek Yürükoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Işık Selmi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 34 played minutes, Cerkes JK's Hakkı Devrim Özender shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Duman Nedret came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cerkes JK reached it. Duman Nedret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Işık Selmi, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Cerkes JK's Işık Selmi got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gencay Kılıçalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Işık Selmi to make the kick off. Şimşek Yürükoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gencay Kılıçalp in the 56th minute. In the 59th match minute, Cerkes JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garip Soyurgal to maneuver through the defense. Şimşek Yürükoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Gökalp Şanver in the 60th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gencay Kılıçalp got free with Şimşek Yürükoğlu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Duman Nedret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüseyin Rahmi Arıkal in the 65th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Ahmet Ozan Ahsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Karahalli's zone, Hüseyin Rahmi Arıkal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duman Nedret came out of the goal and Hüseyin Rahmi Arıkal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hüseyin Rahmi Arıkal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duman Nedret having to interfere.
