But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Necati Köken couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute, Doğukan Boyraz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mustafa Necati Köken struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Mehmet Akif Savlet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alasehir FK. If Doğukan Boyraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abbas Buminhan charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abbas Buminhan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Kiziltoprak SK's Abbas Buminhan got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Kiziltoprak SK's Mehmet Akif Savlet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Necati Köken in the 35th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vecdi Doğanay in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bayhan Mücip saved Alasehir FK from getting behind. 45 minutes into the match, Alasehir FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Gökalp Elçin came free, but Bayhan Mücip reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vecdi Doğanay was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Ahmet Gökalp Elçin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mehmet Akif Savlet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doğukan Boyraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Doğukan Boyraz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mehmet Akif Savlet. Kiziltoprak SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doğukan Boyraz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Hakkı Onur Ergüner hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Osman Geylanoğullarından sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 71 played minutes Alasehir FK got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Bedri Ulum. In the 88th minute Doğukan Boyraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Akif Savlet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alasehir FK's Doğukan Boyraz got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, Kiziltoprak SK's Osman Geylanoğullarından nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bayhan Mücip made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Kiziltoprak SK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
