An unexpectedly hard shot by Emrah Akdağ in the 9th minute of play forced Büyükdere JK's goalkeeper Aras Görkem Ustaoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emrah Akdağ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aras Görkem Ustaoğlu having to interfere. Lemi Serol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Namık Kemal Demirer's late challenge caught a Narman JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Narman JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mustafa Cumhur Cenger should have stopped the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Narman JK's goal looked a bit too open when Lütfi Balaban came free, but Mustafa Cumhur Cenger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lütfi Balaban was the one to do the kick off.
