The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 14 minutes into the match, Dursun Ali Gökkuşağı notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Antalyaspor's Şanver Darga. Şanver Darga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the match, Findikzade JK's goal looked a bit too open when Bülent Taşboğa came free, but Alparslan Asya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ateş Onar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antalyaspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Ateş Onar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alparslan Asya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Burhanettin Taşkesen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alparslan Asya having to interfere. Burhanettin Taşkesen took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alparslan Asya. Alparslan Asya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Anıl Ege Tengiroğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Şanver Darga having to make a save. Burhanettin Taşkesen might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alparslan Asya. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Burhanettin Taşkesen ran back to his position shaking his head. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Bülent Taşboğa scored 1-2 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alparslan Asya, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bülent Taşboğa got free with Alparslan Asya in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Burhanettin Taşkesen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Findikzade JK's Alparslan Asya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Findikzade JK from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Burhanettin Taşkesen in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alparslan Asya saved Findikzade JK from getting behind. After 63 minutes, Ateş Onar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Antalyaspor and the Findikzade JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Antalyaspor got a freekick which was hit by Ateş Onar. Anıl Ege Tengiroğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Şanver Darga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anıl Ege Tengiroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 71 minutes, Burhanettin Taşkesen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Antalyaspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Burhanettin Taşkesen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute, Emin Kadi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Findikzade JK's goal looked a bit too open when Burhanettin Taşkesen came free, but Alparslan Asya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burhanettin Taşkesen in the 74th minute of play forced Findikzade JK's goalkeeper Alparslan Asya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Bülent Taşboğa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Antalyaspor's Burhanettin Taşkesen in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
