Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mustafa Yaşar Canıtez started the match with the kick off. Mustafa Yaşar Canıtez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Aybek Raif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ürgüp SK's Neşat Cihanser got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Erfelek's zone, Neşat Cihanser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aybek Raif came out of the goal and Neşat Cihanser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neşat Cihanser in the 9th minute of play forced Erfelek's goalkeeper Aybek Raif to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gökay Sabit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute, Aras Görkem Piruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gökay Sabit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tacettin Tandan having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Gökay Sabit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Erfelek's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Yaşar Canıtez came free, but Aybek Raif reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdulhamit Tokyay hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Neşat Cihanser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Aybek Raif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Yaşar Canıtez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aybek Raif having to interfere. Tacettin Tandan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökay Sabit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Serbülent Sabuncuoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Erfelek's protests and gave Serbülent Sabuncuoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Erfelek's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rıfkı Aral was slow to take the kick. During this time Ürgüp SK's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Rıfkı Aral almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Erfelek's Aybek Raif did a great save. In the 39th match minute, Ürgüp SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Deniz Emrettin to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Haluk Çağar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ürgüp SK's Tacettin Tandan didn't even have to move. With a little luck, Ürgüp SK's Tacettin Tandan got control of the ball when Abdulhamit Tokyay tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sancarbey Gulabi hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 88th minute Gökay Sabit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tacettin Tandan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ürgüp SK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
