But to his dismay, Abdullatif Neşat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 10 played minutes Salipazari got a freekick which was hit by Suavi Sezmen. Mehmet Hakkı Akbulut struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Mikail İcmal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salipazari. 16 minutes in the game, Abdullatif Neşat fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mikail İcmal having to interfere. Abdullatif Neşat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikail İcmal having to interfere. Oğuzalp Ülküm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Akay Bahadıroğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdulhamit Aral to make the kick off. Abdulhamit Aral took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mikail İcmal. Mikail İcmal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Salipazari's Akay Bahadıroğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oğuzalp Ülküm in the 62nd minute of play. Akay Bahadıroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oğuzalp Ülküm in the 65th minute of play. After 65 played minutes Salipazari got a freekick which was hit by Faruk Özmut. In the 72nd minute, Abdulhamit Aral made a precise shot to the right of Mikail İcmal. Bahcesehir FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yusuf Ziya Kökten got free with Akay Bahadıroğlu in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Akay Bahadıroğlu was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Ataol Ağaverdi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ataol Ağaverdi really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. 96 minutes into the game, Faruk Özmut was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salipazari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bahcesehir FK the free kick. The supporters of Bahcesehir FK booed when Salipazari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faruk Özmut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salipazari were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Bahcesehir FK to leave the ground with a draw.
