When Önder Akçakan came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Hopa SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Önder Akçakan couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Hocalar FK's zone, Afşin Işık stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haşim Öztan came out of the goal and Afşin Işık tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Önder Akçakan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hocalar FK's Haşim Öztan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a left leg Sercan Sıraç saved Hopa SK from getting behind. Atilla Kağan Kutlubay's late challenge caught a Hocalar FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Atilla Kağan Kutlubay helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes Hopa SK got a freekick which was hit by Atilla Kağan Kutlubay. Tamer Veziroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sercan Sıraç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tamer Veziroğlu's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, Atilla Kağan Kutlubay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Önder Akçakan in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haşim Öztan saved Hocalar FK from getting behind.
