Kıvanç Atacan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Namık Kemal Yolaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Menemen were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Kıvanç Atacan made the kick off in the second half. Namık Kemal Yolaç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alperen Yalazan in the 52nd minute of play. Baykal Ermiye struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Varol Ayaydın didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Menemen. İbrahim Efe Demiray scored 1-3 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Varol Ayaydın, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Namık Kemal Yolaç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kıvanç Atacan, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Ergün Bostancı kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. When Uğurcan İshak fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Menemen's protests and gave Uğurcan İshak a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Menemen's Uğurcan İshak got a free kick in the 65th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Namık Kemal Yolaç showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Varol Ayaydın made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İbrahim Efe Demiray in the 81st minute of play. If İbrahim Efe Demiray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ergün Bostancı came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Menemen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ergün Bostancı couldn't finish the play. Yerköy SK's Varol Ayaydın proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Yerköy SK from getting a goal against them. Ergün Bostancı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Menemen played a much better game than Yerköy SK and deserved their victory. The Yerköy SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
