Ahmet Asım Resai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güner Baykır, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artaç Salcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Hizan's goal looked a bit too open when Güner Baykır came free, but Ahmet Asım Resai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hürkan Tarkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artaç Salcan in the 19th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Ersan Lokman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Güner Baykır fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Asım Resai having to interfere. Artaç Salcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Hürkan Tarkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emirhan Sidar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Ahmet Asım Resai made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, Hizan's goal looked a bit too open when Güner Baykır came free, but Ahmet Asım Resai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Güner Baykır to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Emirhan Sidar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Asım Resai. Hizan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emirhan Sidar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Güner Baykır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Soma SK's Emirhan Sidar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Asım Resai narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 70th minute Güner Baykır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Asım Resai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emirhan Sidar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ahmet Asım Resai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Hizan booed when Soma SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. İlyas Tolga Hazarbeyoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Ersan Lokman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hürkan Tarkan. The goal made the score 1-1. When Oktay Aymaz fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soma SK's protests and gave Oktay Aymaz a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 played minutes Soma SK got a freekick which was hit by Oktay Aymaz. Ersan Lokman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Hürkan Tarkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Hizan players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Soma SK from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
