After 7th play minutes Münir Hafız shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Haldun Akbora and just under the crossbar into goal. Levent Çakır might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Haldun Akbora. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Levent Çakır ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 13th minute of the match, Levent Çakır tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Haldun Akbora saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 18 minutes into the game, Hamit Cihannur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aydinlikevler JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cennet the free kick. After 18 played minutes Aydinlikevler JK got a freekick which was hit by Hamit Cihannur. After a defensive mix-up in Aydinlikevler JK's zone, Şemsettin Sara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şenol Aybar came out of the goal and Şemsettin Sara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Güral Uzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şenol Aybar having to interfere. When Cennet's Güral Uzer in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aydinlikevler JK's goalie prevented a goal. Şenol Aybar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şemsettin Sara in the 28th minute of the match. After 30 minutes of play, Cennet's Güral Uzer made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Şenol Aybar was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 40 minutes, Ahmet Tolga Togay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aydinlikevler JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Tolga Togay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Aydinlikevler JK's Haldun Akbora threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ahmet Tolga Togay, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Aydinlikevler JK's Münir Hafız got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Tolga Togay was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Ahmet Tolga Togay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aydinlikevler JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Güral Uzer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Şenol Aybar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şenol Aybar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güral Uzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ataol Lütufkâr's late challenge caught a Aydinlikevler JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ataol Lütufkâr helped the player get up and apologised. Ataol Lütufkâr kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Ahmet Tolga Togay spun around in front of the goal 65 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Cennet's goal. Güral Uzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şenol Aybar having to interfere. Şenol Aybar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güral Uzer in the 72nd minute of the match. Münir Hafız sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76thth minute of the game Güral Uzer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aydinlikevler JK's Şenol Aybar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Gencer Baloğlu fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cennet's protests and gave Gencer Baloğlu a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes Cennet got a freekick which was hit by Gencer Baloğlu. In the 79th minute Levent Çakır suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Şener Sidam's late challenge caught a Aydinlikevler JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şener Sidam helped the player get up and apologised. Şener Sidam hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The Aydinlikevler JK fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Aydinlikevler JK's Münir Hafız looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Haldun Akbora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Tolga Togay, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute.
