Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Özdemir Akgündüz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Türker Samir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nurkan Özbilen, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After having played for 13 minutes, Özdemir Akgündüz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Incirliova FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özdemir Akgündüz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 13 played minutes Sürmene got a freekick which was hit by Eren Akil. Sürmene's Göktan İslamoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Sürmene from getting a goal against them. Eren Akil kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Incirliova FK's Gani Batıkan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sürmene. 19 minutes into the match, Sürmene's goal looked a bit too open when Özdemir Akgündüz came free, but Göktan İslamoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gürkan Tansan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Incirliova FK's Ali Yurdaşen got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Özdemir Akgündüz in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Göktan İslamoğlu saved Sürmene from getting behind. Sürmene's Göktan İslamoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Sürmene from getting a goal against them. If Özdemir Akgündüz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göktan İslamoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özdemir Akgündüz in the 45th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mehmet Zaid stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nurkan Özbilen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Türker Samir made a huge save. Nurkan Özbilen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Türker Samir when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Özdemir Akgündüz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the game, Nizam Üke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Incirliova FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sürmene the free kick. Nizam Üke kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Sürmene's Behçet Ereken tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ali Yurdaşen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktan İslamoğlu having to interfere. When Sürmene's Mehmet Zaid in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Incirliova FK's goalie prevented a goal. Mehmet Zaid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Özdemir Akgündüz came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Incirliova FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Özdemir Akgündüz couldn't finish the play. If Nurkan Özbilen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Incirliova FK's Türker Samir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Zaid in the 88th minute of play. Sürmene's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
