Kadri Sekib had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Emran Talha's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 11 played minutes Yesilli FK got a freekick which was hit by Adnan Şenal. Paşa Atabey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teoman Akpınar struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Baturay Baycan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Izmir SK. Izmir SK's Kadri Sekib played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Devran Heybetli in the 20th minute of play. Kadri Sekib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilgaz Sağbilge, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After some careless play in the Izmir SK defense, Ilgaz Sağbilge kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kadri Sekib. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
