Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Oktay Tüzmen took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Oktay Tüzmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Istanbulspor FK getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ali Baran Sinan hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Mustafa Birol Türev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gürsel Tümerk, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Oktay Tüzmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 24 minutes into the match, Gerger's goal looked a bit too open when Oktay Tüzmen came free, but Kadri Durak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Istanbulspor FK's Oktay Tüzmen in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gerger's goalie prevented a goal. Mustafa Birol Türev kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Istanbulspor FK's zone, Alkan Olgunsu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Akşemseddin Tanalp came out of the goal and Alkan Olgunsu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute of the match Gerger got a corner. Istanbulspor FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gürsel Tümerk ran over to the corner to take the kick. Akşemseddin Tanalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orkun Yalın in the 40th minute of play. After 41 minutes, Tekin Akkın mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Istanbulspor FK and the Gerger players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Alkan Olgunsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gerger fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orkun Yalın made a kick off. If Oktay Tüzmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vefa Mürşit in the 53rd minute of play forced Gerger's goalkeeper Kadri Durak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vefa Mürşit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kadri Durak having to interfere. Kadri Durak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vefa Mürşit in the 57th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes Gerger got a freekick which was hit by Bayezit Muammer. In the 60th minute, Oktay Tüzmen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Istanbulspor FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Birol Türev to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Vefa Mürşit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Istanbulspor FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Vefa Mürşit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kadri Durak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Orkun Yalın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Akşemseddin Tanalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Istanbulspor FK's Akşemseddin Tanalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orkun Yalın in the 73rd minute of play. The supporters of Gerger booed when Istanbulspor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tekin Akkın didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gürsel Tümerk was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Gürsel Tümerk, 81 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Vefa Mürşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kadri Durak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vefa Mürşit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th match minute, Gerger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gürsel Tümerk to maneuver through the defense. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
