In the 8thth minute of the game Bedih Battal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hozat JK's Yasin Oruz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Şansal Yarlık received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Yasin Oruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Yalvac JK fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Yalvac JK's Şansal Yarlık looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Yasin Oruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şansal Yarlık in the 20th minute of play. Mehmet Hamdi Dalokay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 28 minutes, Aysan Humbaracıbaşı mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yalvac JK and the Hozat JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Yalvac JK's Aysan Humbaracıbaşı got a free kick in the 28th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Hozat JK's Eray Ersayın tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Yalvac JK getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Aysan Humbaracıbaşı hit a great ball. In the 32nd match minute, Yalvac JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulu Nesip to maneuver through the defense. If Bedih Battal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bedih Battal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yasin Oruz having to make a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Akın Tuncal to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Yalvac JK's Aysan Humbaracıbaşı got a free kick in the 56th minute. With a little luck, Hozat JK's Yasin Oruz got control of the ball when Şansal Yarlık tried to sneak it across the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Akın Tuncal couldn't finish the play. Yalvac JK's Enginalp Taykoç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Hamdi Dalokay in the 81st minute of play. When Akın Tuncal came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Hozat JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Akın Tuncal couldn't finish the play.
