Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Uygur Umar took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th match minute, Kemerburgaz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Günay Özakın to maneuver through the defense. After 7 played minutes, Sultanbeyli's İlhami Akersoy shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yaşar Uğur came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sultanbeyli reached it. Yaşar Uğur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Behram Gazel went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 17 played minutes Sultanbeyli got a freekick which was hit by Faik Vatansever. Ahmet Davut Saltar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uygur Umar, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With his leg Ahmet Davut Saltar managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Kemerburgaz's Kudret Yağıztekin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 25 played minutes Sultanbeyli got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Çağrı İncesu. When Uygur Umar came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Kemerburgaz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uygur Umar couldn't finish the play. After 33 minutes, Mehmet Çağrı İncesu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sultanbeyli and the Kemerburgaz players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sultanbeyli getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Mehmet Çağrı İncesu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uygur Umar in the 38th minute of play forced Sultanbeyli's goalkeeper Ahmet Davut Saltar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th match minute, Sultanbeyli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Çelikan Ehlimen to maneuver through the defense. Kudret Yağıztekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Davut Saltar having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Behram Gazel to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Sultanbeyli got a freekick which was hit by Behram Gazel. Ahmet Davut Saltar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kudret Yağıztekin in the 57th minute of the match. Ahmet Davut Saltar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kudret Yağıztekin in the 66th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sultanbeyli's zone, Uygur Umar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Davut Saltar came out of the goal and Uygur Umar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kudret Yağıztekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Davut Saltar having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kudret Yağıztekin in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Davut Saltar saved Sultanbeyli from getting behind. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kemerburgaz's goalkeeper Yaşar Uğur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adnan Bala during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sultanbeyli's Adnan Bala got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute Uygur Umar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Davut Saltar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kudret Yağıztekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Behram Gazel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yaşar Uğur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. The Sultanbeyli supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sultanbeyli would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
