Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Celalettin Timurtas started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute Kazım Özerek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murathan Ökten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Andaç Mengüalp fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caybasi's protests and gave Andaç Mengüalp a yellow card for diving instead. After 6 minutes, Songurhan Şahinhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caybasi and the Eskisehir players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute of the match Kıvanç Songur shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Murathan Ökten showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Şanver Arıcan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Murathan Ökten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Okan Bağdaş was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mehmet Hamdi Ömür showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. In the 25th minute, Celalettin Timurtas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Okan Bağdaş. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 28th minute, Mehmet Hamdi Ömür hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute Şanver Arıcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murathan Ökten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kazım Özerek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th match minute, Caybasi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Hamdi Ömür to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Caybasi's goal looked a bit too open when Şanver Arıcan came free, but Murathan Ökten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Şanver Arıcan notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Caybasi's Murathan Ökten. Murathan Ökten was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Eskisehir's Mehmet Hamdi Cintay got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kazım Özerek was the one to do the kick off. Celalettin Timurtas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Okan Bağdaş having to make a save. 59 minutes into the game, Mehmet Hamdi Cintay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eskisehir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caybasi the free kick. A collision led to Eskisehir getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Mehmet Hamdi Cintay hit a great ball. Aysan Gülerce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Okan Bağdaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Celalettin Timurtas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okan Bağdaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Okan Bağdaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celalettin Timurtas, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Kazım Özerek received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Murathan Ökten came out and tried to block the shot, but Kazım Özerek slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 69th minute. Okan Bağdaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aysan Gülerce in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute Aysan Gülerce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okan Bağdaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murathan Ökten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kazım Özerek in the 82nd minute of the match. Şanver Arıcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Murathan Ökten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazım Özerek in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Eskisehir's goal looked a bit too open when Celalettin Timurtas came free, but Okan Bağdaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Celalettin Timurtas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okan Bağdaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Celalettin Timurtas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. During the 96th minute of the match Songurhan Şahinhan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Songurhan Şahinhan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Eskisehir booed when Caybasi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Songurhan Şahinhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kıvanç Songur made a great header on Eskisehir's corner, it was just that Caybasi's Murathan Ökten managed to reach the ball for a save. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
