With a little luck, Karacoban's Şamil Okseven got control of the ball when Osman Ali Tunçsoy tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 17 minutes, Abuzer Aytolun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hisarcik and the Karacoban players grew even worse after the yellow card. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Hisarcik players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Karacoban were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şevket Suni to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şevket Suni in the 52nd minute of play forced Hisarcik's goalkeeper Sarp Başkurt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute Şevket Suni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sarp Başkurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th match minute, Hisarcik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilmi Ruhsat to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Sarp Başkurt managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Karacoban's Boran Uğursan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
