After a rather tough play, Unkapani FK's Işıkalp Acarer got a free kick in the 10th minute. Ahmet Korkut Egeli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Can Serhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. If Can Serhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Unkapani FK's goal looked a bit too open when Umut Kaynak came free, but Ahmet Korkut Egeli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Işıkalp Acarer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute of the match Hayri Alp shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Korkut Egeli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 30th minute, Oktay Şabi made a precise shot to the right of Anıl Baran Saygılı. Cardak FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Can Serhan's late challenge caught a Unkapani FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Can Serhan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Unkapani FK booed when Cardak FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Can Serhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oktay Şabi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Anıl Baran Saygılı made a huge save. In the 37thth minute of the game Umut Kaynak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unkapani FK's Ahmet Korkut Egeli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute Can Serhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Korkut Egeli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Işıkalp Acarer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Can Serhan to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Ahmet Yahya Özinan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unkapani FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Yahya Özinan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 55 played minutes Cardak FK got a freekick which was hit by Fuat Tümcan. In the 56thth minute of the game Oktay Şabi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cardak FK's Anıl Baran Saygılı was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oktay Şabi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anıl Baran Saygılı having to make a save. Kutlualp Dalmaz hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Ahmet Yahya Özinan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anıl Baran Saygılı having to make a save. The supporters of Unkapani FK booed when Cardak FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kutlualp Dalmaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Unkapani FK's Ahmet Yahya Özinan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anıl Baran Saygılı narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Yahya Özinan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anıl Baran Saygılı was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Can Serhan was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 93rd match minute, Cardak FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Umut Kaynak to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Unkapani FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cardak FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
