The referee ignored Tekman's protests and gave Abdulkadir Salahaddin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd minute, Abdulkadir Salahaddin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 13 minutes of play, Kozluk SK's Mustafa Boz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yahya Kemal Alatay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yahya Kemal Alatay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gökberk Öktemer in the 19th minute of the match. If İshak Ünsaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Türker Himmet struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Abdulaziz Kerimhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tekman. If Mustafa Boz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İshak Ünsaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdulaziz Kerimhan having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Türker Himmet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdulaziz Kerimhan was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game.
The wind increased when Türker Himmet made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Kozluk SK getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ahmet Hafiz Tuncel hit a great ball. Gökberk Öktemer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 1-1 when İshak Ünsaç sped through Kozluk SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abdulaziz Kerimhan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gökberk Öktemer in the 65th minute of play forced Tekman's goalkeeper Yahya Kemal Alatay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Orhan Yılma during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mustafa Orhan Yılma hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Gökberk Öktemer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yahya Kemal Alatay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gökberk Öktemer's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. İshak Ünsaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdulaziz Kerimhan having to interfere. Abdulaziz Kerimhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İshak Ünsaç in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of Kozluk SK booed when Tekman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Orhan Yılma didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute, Mustafa Boz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
