In the 2nd minute, Dursun Ali Mevlit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yetkiner Batırhan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Selami Şahtürk's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bozcaada SK's zone, Alpay İhsan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yetkiner Batırhan came out of the goal and Alpay İhsan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Selami Şahtürk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yetkiner Batırhan having to interfere. After 12 played minutes, Bozcaada SK's Dursun Ali Mevlit shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ertuğrul Davarcı came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bozcaada SK reached it. If Hamit Yusuf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ezine's Ertuğrul Davarcı proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Ezine from getting a goal against them. Nuratay Gazzali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ertuğrul Davarcı having to interfere. The supporters of Ezine booed when Bozcaada SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. İlmi Perinçek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute, İlmi Perinçek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Ertuğrul Davarcı successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 32nd minute, Selami Şahtürk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 33 minutes, Alpay İhsan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ezine's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alpay İhsan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ezine's Selami Şahtürk got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alpay İhsan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Yetkiner Batırhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yetkiner Batırhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alpay İhsan in the 43rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bozcaada SK's Bilge Türe got a free kick in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alpay İhsan was the one to do the kick off. Yetkiner Batırhan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Selami Şahtürk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hamit Yusuf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ertuğrul Davarcı having to interfere. Mehmet Osman Gariboğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 73rd match minute, Bozcaada SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dursun Ali Mevlit to maneuver through the defense. Selami Şahtürk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bozcaada SK's goalkeeper Yetkiner Batırhan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 81 played minutes Ezine got a freekick which was hit by Rauf Yürükoğlu. In the 82nd minute, Dursun Ali Mevlit sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ezine's Ertuğrul Davarcı didn't even have to move. 83 minutes into the game, Gökhun Sayhan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ezine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bozcaada SK the free kick. After 86 minutes Ezine's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dursun Ali Mevlit who took care of the corner kick. Bozcaada SK's Yahya Cangun was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ertuğrul Davarcı in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ertuğrul Davarcı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuratay Gazzali, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Ezine's Ertuğrul Davarcı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuratay Gazzali in the 91st minute of play. The Ezine players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Bozcaada SK from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
