In the 3rd minute, Sinan Cebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bayezit Oğuzkan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aybek Dilsaz went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Altuğ Yücelen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şansal Tayman, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Sami Baykal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sinan Cebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altuğ Yücelen having to interfere. Bayezit Oğuzkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aybek Dilsaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th match minute, Borcka FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ozan Sanal to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the match Müfit Akkan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bayezit Oğuzkan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Menderes's Ahmet Arif Uruç sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bayezit Oğuzkan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 32 minutes of play, Menderes's Aybek Dilsaz made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bayezit Oğuzkan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bayezit Oğuzkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aybek Dilsaz in the 36th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hakkı Deniz Vecid got free with Altuğ Yücelen in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Menderes were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Şansal Tayman made the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Menderes:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Borcka FK:s goal. Tolga Yamanöz walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Bünyamin Saatçi kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Altuğ Yücelen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakkı Deniz Vecid in the 59th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şansal Tayman in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Altuğ Yücelen saved Menderes from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, Menderes's goal looked a bit too open when Şansal Tayman came free, but Altuğ Yücelen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th match minute, Borcka FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sinan Cebe to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Arif Uruç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bayezit Oğuzkan having to interfere. Bayezit Oğuzkan made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Aybek Dilsaz sent off a good shot on target. Aybek Dilsaz hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Aybek Dilsaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ayberk Erçetin fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Menderes's protests and gave Ayberk Erçetin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, Ayberk Erçetin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Menderes walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
