After 2 played minutes Karabaglar got a freekick which was hit by Taha Tüzüner. In the 3rd minute Hüseyin Rahmi Hataylı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasret İlenç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 0-1 became the score in the 8th minute when Hüseyin Rahmi Hataylı elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Tarkan Baysoy scored 1-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abdulaziz Alkım, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abdulaziz Alkım took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Ege Ortan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cilimli's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Anıl Ege Ortan scored to the left of an out of position Abdulaziz Alkım, making the score, 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Onur Bilgiç managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karabaglar's supporters rose to their feet, but Onur Bilgiç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdulaziz Alkım breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hüseyin Rahmi Hataylı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Hasret İlenç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Karabaglar booed when Cilimli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Özbilir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enginsu Semavi's late challenge caught a Cilimli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enginsu Semavi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cilimli booed when Karabaglar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enginsu Semavi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuri Afacan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anıl Ege Ortan to make the kick off. Onur Bilgiç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the game, Tolga Taşkıner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Hasret İlenç was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 64 minutes, Onur Bilgiç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karabaglar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Onur Bilgiç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cilimli's Abdulaziz Alkım played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anıl Ege Ortan in the 66th minute of play. Abdulaziz Alkım showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Onur Bilgiç, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Tolga Taşkıner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th match minute, Cilimli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İskender Baki Şemseddin to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cilimli booed when Karabaglar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anıl Ege Ortan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anıl Ozan Serimer hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Derviş Tülün took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hasret İlenç. Karabaglar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tolga Taşkıner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karabaglar's goalkeeper Hasret İlenç, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Karabaglar's goal looked a bit too open when Hüseyin Rahmi Hataylı came free, but Hasret İlenç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hüseyin Rahmi Hataylı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cilimli's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Karabaglar had won, even though Cilimli had held more of the ball.
