When Halil İbrahim Dokuzer fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gaski FK's protests and gave Halil İbrahim Dokuzer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gaski FK getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Halil İbrahim Dokuzer hit a great ball. Serter Eldem charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serter Eldem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ertan Uyaralp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Özkan Ahsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Özkan Ahsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alim Namal in the 37th minute of the match. Boğaçhan Ispartalı charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When Şadi Uman came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Gaski FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şadi Uman couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Abdulbaki Zübeyir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yakut Sav went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şadi Uman in the 65th minute of play forced Cudispor's goalkeeper Abdulbaki Zübeyir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tuğrul Demirkan hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Cudispor's supporters rose to their feet, but Alim Namal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Özkan Ahsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Alim Namal took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Özkan Ahsen to make any attempt to save it.
