The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sabit Taymaz during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sabit Taymaz kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Recep Tokuztuğ in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erdinç Şenyaşar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Görkem Kuter fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yigilca JK's protests and gave Görkem Kuter a yellow card for diving instead. Recep Tokuztuğ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdinç Şenyaşar having to interfere. Metin Bilgiç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Erdem Olgaç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Yigilca JK's goalkeeper Erdinç Şenyaşar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Recep Tokuztuğ. Erdinç Şenyaşar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Recep Tokuztuğ in the 22nd minute. Recep Tokuztuğ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Erdinç Şenyaşar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sezer Beksan kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Hacı Ali Mertkal lost his temper 30 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alaca fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Azim Topdemir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Erdem Olgaç made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Recep Tokuztuğ got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Yigilca JK booed when Alaca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halil Utku Atlıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yıldıray Özgan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erdinç Şenyaşar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Recep Tokuztuğ went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 81st minute Ali Erdem Olgaç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Metin Bilgiç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Erdem Olgaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Metin Bilgiç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Erdem Olgaç ran back to his position shaking his head. When Görkem Kuter came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Yigilca JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Görkem Kuter couldn't finish the play. Asım Ekinci charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Asım Ekinci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Asım Ekinci hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 97th minute by Görkem Kuter got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
