Osman Bintuğ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th match minute, Cudispor FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Halis Tamkoç to maneuver through the defense. Osman Bintuğ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Erberk Özgulec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cudispor FK's goalkeeper Erberk Özgulec, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, Aydinlar SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sertel Akyazı to maneuver through the defense. When Ali Nejat Onursan came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Cudispor FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Nejat Onursan couldn't finish the play. Aydinlar SK's Paşa Ali Mengüer got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ali Nejat Onursan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erman İmamoğlu in the 28th minute of play forced Aydinlar SK's goalkeeper Mehmet Sualp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th play minute Ali Nejat Onursan came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mehmet Sualp. 1-0. In the 35th minute, Sertel Akyazı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Aydinlar SK's Paşa Ali Mengüer in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cudispor FK's goalie prevented a goal. 40 minutes into the match, Paşa Ali Mengüer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erberk Özgulec. Cudispor FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paşa Ali Mengüer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 56th minute, Erhun Karabulut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 60 played minutes Cudispor FK got a freekick which was hit by Talip Tümen. Osman Bintuğ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Erberk Özgulec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erhun Karabulut during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 64 minutes into the game, one of Cudispor FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes, Aydinlar SK's Devlet Rafettin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Erberk Özgulec. In the 71st match minute, Cudispor FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Çakır Dalokay to maneuver through the defense. Ali Nejat Onursan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80thth minute of the game Ali Nejat Onursan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aydinlar SK's Mehmet Sualp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mehmet Sualp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Nejat Onursan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Aydinlar SK booed when Cudispor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şentürk Nesim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osman Bintuğ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erberk Özgulec having to interfere. Cudispor FK's Erberk Özgulec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ayvaz Tansu in the 90th minute of play. After some careless play in the Cudispor FK defense, Osman Bintuğ kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erberk Özgulec. The Cudispor FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erberk Özgulec should have stopped the shot. The Aydinlar SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Aydinlar SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
