The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes of play, Cal's Gökmen Togan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bedirhan Ergazi was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Baliseyh's zone, Gökmen Togan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bedirhan Ergazi came out of the goal and Gökmen Togan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bedirhan Ergazi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabri Yaver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fuat Yücesoy's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Ferman Dersu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Gökmen Togan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Ahmet Sedat Cankan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rıfat Tara kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Gökmen Togan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute Gökmen Togan suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Cevher Ünver charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cevher Ünver the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Baliseyh:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cal:s goal. Baysal Oyum shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Fuat Yücesoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Duman Uğur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th match minute, Cal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barlas Rami to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Cal were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sabri Yaver to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Cal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ergün Nafiz to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fuat Yücesoy in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferman Dersu saved Cal from getting behind. 56 minutes into the match, Baliseyh's goalkeeper Bedirhan Ergazi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sabri Yaver. If Vefa Onursoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cal's goalkeeper Ferman Dersu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Duman Uğur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferman Dersu having to interfere. The supporters of Baliseyh booed when Cal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ergün Nafiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baliseyh's Bedirhan Ergazi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Baliseyh from getting a goal against them. Cal's Ferman Dersu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fuat Yücesoy in the 76th minute of play. Ferman Dersu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fuat Yücesoy in the 77th minute of the match. Fuat Yücesoy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferman Dersu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Sabri Yaver could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Bedirhan Ergazi however easily saved by the left post. Cal's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
