Saip Ergüder struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Gencalp Erüstün didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galatasaray FK. Murat Ökmener hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Galatasaray FK's Saip Ergüder got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baki Yanar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tan Kapkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Galatasaray FK's Baki Yanar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tan Kapkin in the 20th minute of play. Naim Özdamar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Gencalp Erüstün made a huge save. A hard shot by Cevher Özerek from long distance, 26 minutes into the match, got Gencalp Erüstün's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 27th minute, Murat Ökmener hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saip Ergüder didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 29th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Saip Ergüder ran dejectedly back to his position. In the 33rd minute of the match Asım Arif Ermiye shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baki Yanar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Eruh booed when Galatasaray FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdurrezzak Doğanhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Tan Kapkin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baki Yanar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 41 minutes into the match, Tan Kapkin notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Galatasaray FK's Baki Yanar. Baki Yanar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Naim Özdamar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gencalp Erüstün having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saip Ergüder to strike the kick off in the second half. Galatasaray FK's Naim Özdamar got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the game, Eruh's Murat Ökmener nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baki Yanar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 64 minutes into the match, Tan Kapkin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baki Yanar. Galatasaray FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tan Kapkin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 71 minutes into the game, Murat Ökmener cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Baki Yanar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Eruh's Ali Güralp Ulutaş got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 79th minute, Berkin Saltık hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Tan Kapkin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eruh's supporters rose to their feet, but Tan Kapkin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baki Yanar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Murat Ökmener sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Galatasaray FK's Naim Özdamar got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baki Yanar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murat Ökmener in the 87th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Tan Kapkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tan Kapkin didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-6 via right post in the game's 90th minute. Eruh's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Baki Yanar made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Tan Kapkin sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Galatasaray FK's Cevher Özerek got a free kick in the 97th minute. The Eruh players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
