The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Ahmet Gökalp Erdurmus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Gökalp Erdurmus hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. When Göktürk Erdem fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bayramic SK's protests and gave Göktürk Erdem a yellow card for diving instead. Göktürk Erdem hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Sertaç Hirfanlı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erim Baykal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baki Yanar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Gökalp Erdurmus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baki Yanar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Gökalp Erdurmus in the 17th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Galatasaray FK got a freekick which was hit by Remzi Yalgın. Baki Yanar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Gökalp Erdurmus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute Erim Baykal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baki Yanar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Bayramic SK's Harun İmran got control of the ball when Naim Özdamar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Naim Özdamar succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 25th playminute. 32 minutes into the match, Bayramic SK's goalkeeper Harun İmran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naim Özdamar. Erim Baykal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baki Yanar having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Erim Baykal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baki Yanar was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. If Erim Baykal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Gökalp Erdurmus struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Baki Yanar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bayramic SK. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Gökalp Erdurmus made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saip Ergüder in the 55th minute of play forced Bayramic SK's goalkeeper Harun İmran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Naim Özdamar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Emran Sümeroğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saip Ergüder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Bayramic SK defense, Naim Özdamar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harun İmran. The Bayramic SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harun İmran should have stopped the shot. 67 minutes into the game, Ahmet Gökalp Erdurmus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Baki Yanar. Ahmet Gökalp Erdurmus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. 71 minutes into the match, Galatasaray FK's goalkeeper Baki Yanar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erim Baykal. In the 73rdth minute of the game Saip Ergüder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bayramic SK's Harun İmran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 75 minutes of play, Galatasaray FK's Naim Özdamar made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harun İmran was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Bayramic SK's Ahmet Gökalp Erdurmus slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Baki Yanar. That made the score 3-2 after 80 minutes of play. Harun İmran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naim Özdamar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saip Ergüder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harun İmran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Galatasaray FK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
