Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Şahin Birge started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, Baltalimani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Deniz Taybars to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Erdem Kaşif stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andaç Gulabi's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After 13 played minutes Baltalimani got a freekick which was hit by Aybar Naşit. If Ilgaz Sorgun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Ilgaz Sorgun notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Baltalimani's Ahmet Erdem Kaşif. Ahmet Erdem Kaşif was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ilgaz Sorgun might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet Erdem Kaşif. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ilgaz Sorgun ran back to his position shaking his head. Necat İkram made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Gencer Akburçak sent off a good shot on target. Andaç Gulabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Erdem Kaşif took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andaç Gulabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 played minutes Baltalimani got a freekick which was hit by Aybar Naşit. Erkut Arıhan kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Ilgaz Sorgun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ilgaz Sorgun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Erdem Kaşif showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilgaz Sorgun, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. When Hakkı Deniz Taybars was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 53 minutes had been played. In the 54th match minute, Baltalimani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Deniz Taybars to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Erdem Kaşif came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Kumru's Ilgaz Sorgun. But to his dismay, Ilgaz Sorgun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Necat İkram stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şahin Birge's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Aybar Naşit hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. The goalkeeper, Ahmet Erdem Kaşif, was totally fooled by Kumru's Şamil Kırgız, who 91 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 96 minutes into the game, Mümtaz Onsoy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baltalimani's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kumru the free kick. After a rather tough play, Baltalimani's Mümtaz Onsoy got a free kick in the 96th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilgaz Sorgun in the 100th minute of play forced Baltalimani's goalkeeper Ahmet Erdem Kaşif to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Baltalimani supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kumru's performance. The match ended with a win for Kumru.
