Kangal's Alptuğ Subahi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Türkeli. Seyfettin Yenbu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lütfullah Egin hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Arif Memduh Yasin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kuddusî Özgulec was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Arif Memduh Yasin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Kuddusî Özgulec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alemdar Özdek's late challenge caught a Kangal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Güney Koçer couldn't finish the play. When Güney Koçer came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Türkeli fans jumped to their feet.
