Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Mustafa Namık Atikoğlu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Battal Cüneyt Batıhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Gürsel Ustaoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 11 minutes, Tuğrul Kani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cobanlar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tuğrul Kani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mustafa Namık Atikoğlu made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Arın Türköne sent off a good shot on target. Anıl Baran Altunışık hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Hamdi Toycan kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Arın Türköne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Yedikule's zone, Arın Türköne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa Namık Atikoğlu came out of the goal and Arın Türköne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rıfkı Erensoy in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gürsel Ustaoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Tuğrul Kani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cobanlar's supporters rose to their feet, but Tuğrul Kani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mustafa Namık Atikoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute, Tuğrul Kani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Erdal Sungurbay came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Yedikule fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erdal Sungurbay couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute Tuğrul Kani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Namık Atikoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rıfkı Erensoy to make the kick off. Erdal Sungurbay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gürsel Ustaoğlu having to make a save. Gürsel Ustaoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rıfkı Erensoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Erdal Sungurbay kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gürsel Ustaoğlu. That made the score 0-1 in the 59 minute of play. Ahmet Kağan Akel hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Arın Türköne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mustafa Namık Atikoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. After having played for 68 minutes, Tuğrul Kani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cobanlar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tuğrul Kani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 71 minutes into the game, one of Yedikule:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Cobanlar a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ahmet Gündüz Taravet, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Yedikule's Mustafa Namık Atikoğlu. 1-1. Mustafa Namık Atikoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arın Türköne in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Cobanlar booed when Yedikule was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kudret Düden didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tuğrul Kani came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Cobanlar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuğrul Kani couldn't finish the play. Gürsel Ustaoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rıfkı Erensoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erdal Sungurbay took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gürsel Ustaoğlu. Gürsel Ustaoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Mustafa Namık Atikoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tuğrul Kani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Yedikule's Battal Cüneyt Batıhan got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Arın Türköne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yedikule's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
