In the 23rd minute Seyrani Hafi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oğuzkan Tekdoğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baturhan Tokuşhan made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Iskenderun's Erdem Ulubaş got a free kick in the 59th minute. Ataman Yiğitkan took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oğuzkan Tekdoğan. Oğuzkan Tekdoğan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ahmet Kadri Kahveci charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Kadri Kahveci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 71 minutes into the match, Tortum's goal looked a bit too open when Erdem Ulubaş came free, but Cüneyd Soyurgal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Tortum getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gürol Özçin hit a great ball. If Erdem Ulubaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tortum's Cüneyd Soyurgal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erdem Ulubaş in the 77th minute of play. It was beautiful to see Tortum's Talha Humbaracıbaşı in action when he in the 80th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After some careless play in the Tortum defense, İlmi Acabey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cüneyd Soyurgal. The Tortum fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cüneyd Soyurgal should have stopped the shot. After 88 played minutes Iskenderun got a freekick which was hit by Doğuhan Turatekin. Selami İlter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cüneyd Soyurgal having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Iskenderun's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Baturhan Tokuşhan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Iskenderun lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
