Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Rafettin Onultan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafettin Onultan in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kunter Başesgioğlu saved Gemlik FK from getting behind. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gemlik FK's goalkeeper Kunter Başesgioğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute Utkan Gök shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hafız Turbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bayındır Samet struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Hafız Turbay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gemlik FK. Hafız Turbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bayındır Samet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 minutes, Utkan Gök mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gemlik FK and the Akhisar JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Gemlik FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Utkan Gök to maneuver through the defense. Gemlik FK's Tayyar Rekin got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hafız Turbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bayındır Samet, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Bayındır Samet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Akhisar JK's Hafız Turbay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafettin Onultan in the 45th minute of play forced Gemlik FK's goalkeeper Kunter Başesgioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rafettin Onultan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Gemlik FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Akhisar JK were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bayındır Samet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafettin Onultan in the 53rd minute of play forced Gemlik FK's goalkeeper Kunter Başesgioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aydemir Serim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Akhisar JK's Rafettin Onultan got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kunter Başesgioğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafettin Onultan in the 65th minute of the match. After 68 played minutes Akhisar JK got a freekick which was hit by Kıvanç Tüzünalp. Bayındır Samet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute Utkan Gök collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. After 74 played minutes Akhisar JK got a freekick which was hit by Hasan Ali Özbal. The audience was convinced that Tayyar Rekin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hafız Turbay was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Akhisar JK's zone, Tayyar Rekin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hafız Turbay came out of the goal and Tayyar Rekin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ekrem Sehrud's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hafız Turbay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Tayyar Rekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Hafız Turbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hasan Ali Özbal kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Tayyar Rekin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gemlik FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tayyar Rekin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hafız Turbay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 0-2 became the score in the 94th minute when Aydemir Serim elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Akhisar JK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
